Cancellation requests can be made via phone or text only.
If need be, please cancel by noon the day prior to the walk.
We will have to charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the walk if you give us notice within 3 hours of the walk.
We understand the need to cancel for multiple days due to vacations or out of town business trips or other reasons. If you need to cancel 3 or more consecutive days in which you have walks, please kindly contact us 3-4 days in advance.
